At Water Forged Fishing Tackle, every leader is individually hand-built, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our shop. While we work to process orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship throughout Canada.

​

International shipping is available to many countries; however, Canada remains our primary market. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Processing Time

​

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

​

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

​

We offer free standard shipping across Canada using Canada Post Regular Mail.

• No tracking included

• Typical delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

Expedited shipping is available through Canada Post.

 

Shipping rates are:

• Orders under $50 — Flat rate of $15

• Orders $50–$74.99 — $10 shipping

• Orders $75–$99.99 — $5 shipping

• Orders $100 or more — FREE expedited shipping

 

Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days after shipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us using the Contact Form on our website.

 

Standard (Untracked) Shipping

 

Because Canada Post Regular Mail does not include tracking, customers must allow 15 business days from the shipping date before a package is considered lost.

 

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, we will, at your choice:

• Send a replacement order at no additional cost; or

• Issue a full refund.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

If your expedited shipment includes tracking and Canada Post confirms that the package has been lost, we will promptly:

• Ship a replacement order; or

• Provide a full refund.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

 

Water Forged Fishing Tackle cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
